We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $150.00 before taxes.
For orders under $150.00 there will be a Canada-wide flat rate shipping cost of $15.00 plus taxes.
We are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
We aim to ship out all orders within 3- 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment. We will contact you via email once your order has shipped with the tracking information.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and delivery times may vary due to location, weather, etc.
IN STORE- Pick Up - AVAILABLE
We offer in store- pick up at Serendipities Boutique during hours of operation. After your order is processed, we will contact you via email or you’ll receive a phone call from the store when your order is ready for pickup.
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Serendipities is not responsible if it is lost. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for a current address where we can reship your item. It then becomes final sale. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Address changes are not able to be made once the order is submitted.

Online Returns: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions prior to shipping anything back. To reduce our footprint on planet earth , items may be returned in the original packaging.
Need a different size, color, or need to exchange/receive store credit for your online order? We can help with that! Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange and we will begin the exchange/ store credit process. Please note we are a boutique and limited sizes may available.
We DO NOT offer refunds on online orders.
ALL accessories, handbags and sale items are FINAL SALE.
If you are mailing back item(s) for exchange/ store credit, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we must receive your item(s) back within 10 days from the day your order was delivered. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will contact you via email and get you set up with a store credit to use towards future purchases.
You may also bring your item(s) to Serendipities Boutique for an exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Please be aware that our processing time for exchange/ store credit is 5-7 days from once we receive your mailed item(s).
Store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Store credit will be emailed to the customer. Please use your store credit ASAP. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered , no visible wear, odours, or animal hair and with the original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off or pinned will not be accepted.
